A delicious and vibrant main dish featuring broccoli covered in a creamy tahini sauce, garnished with pomegranate seeds and dukkah. A great way to elevate broccoli beyond a simple side dish.
Remove the tip of the stalk of the broccoli and then quarter it.
Fry the broccoli quarters until caramelized in a very hot pan with plenty of olive oil.
Finish the broccoli off for 15 minutes in the oven at 200°C.
Meanwhile, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, salt, and sweetener.
Add cold water to the tahini mixture to loosen it to a good dropping consistency.
Arrange the cooked broccoli on a plate and drizzle over the tahini mixture.
Finish with plenty of dukkah and pomegranate seeds.
