These crunchy barbecoa cauliflower wings are made without oil, yet they are incredibly crisp. Served with a cheesy dipping sauce, they explode with flavor. Great as a snack or appetizer. You won't believe how delicious they are!
 Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Get three bowls ready: pour milk in one, flour in another, and breadcrumbs in the last.
Add seasonings, salt, and pepper to the flour.
Dip the cauliflower first in the milk, then in the flour, then back in the milk, and finally into the breadcrumbs.
Complete this process with all of the cauliflower.
Air fry the coated cauliflower at 200°C for about 15 minutes, shaking regularly.
For the cheese sauce, add cashews, nutritional yeast, salt, and hot water to a blender.
Blitz until smooth, adding more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
Serve the 'wings' with chopped spring onion and dip into the cheese sauce.
